The mission of the Arkansas National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program is to intervene in and reclaim the lives of 16-18 year-old youths in the state of Arkansas, producing program graduates with the values, life skills, education, and self-discipline necessary to succeed as productive citizens.
Complete the online Enrollment Interview and submit to the Admissions Office for review. The next step is to download and complete the full cadet application, get your Physical Exam. You must complete the entire enrollment process to be accepted.

Welcome to the Arkansas National Guard Youth ChalleNGe online Enrollment Interview platform. This presentation should be viewed by the applicant and parent/guardian to learn more about the Arkansas Youth ChalleNGe Program. Following the presentation, the applicant should answer all questions to complete the interview process.
Arkansas Youth ChalleNGe is a "free" program for 16-18 year olds who are in need of a second chance to be successful in life. Youth ChalleNGe is not a boot camp or punishment program but is a behavioral modification program based on military order and structure. To complete the enrollment process, the applicant and parent/guardian should complete this online enrollment interview by watching the following video and then the applicant answering all questions at the end. The video "MUST" be viewed first before answering the questions to be accepted,
